Dependable remote support for routine client communication, task follow-through, documentation, and basic administrative work during agreed work blocks.

Option B helps take routine communication, documentation, and task support off your plate.
Support where it matters, so your business and clients are well cared for.
When client communication and admin tasks compete for your attention, important details can scatter. This option helps keep routine follow-up, inbox organization, scheduling support, forms, records, task notes, and basic administrative work more organized.
This option is designed for businesses that need more than call-back or reception support alone, but do not need a full-time employee, office manager, or open-ended operations arrangement.
How This Option Can Help
Option B can help your business keep client communication and administrative tasks from piling up while making follow-through more consistent.
This support may help with returning routine calls, responding to messages or emails, tracking pending requests, organizing forms or records, keeping task notes updated, reducing missed details, and freeing your team to focus on in-person work, patient care, service delivery, or higher-level business needs.
What This Option May Include
Depending on your business needs and agreed scope, this option may include:
Returning client calls and responding to routine messages, emails, or voicemails during agreed work blocks
Appointment-related follow-up, basic information collection, forms, records, and routine documentation
Updating notes, logs, spreadsheets, inboxes, records, or task lists as directed
Following up with vendors, pharmacies, labs, referral partners, or service contacts using approved instructions, when applicable
Documentation in your preferred system, with urgent, unclear, medical, emotional, financial, or decision-level matters escalated back to your team
What This Option Does Not Include
To keep expectations clear and service quality dependable, this option does not include full-time live reception, all-day immediate availability, open-ended phone or inbox monitoring, emergency triage, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations, after-hours client communication, Sunday coverage, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, HR, legal services, supervising employees, managing the business as a staff member, complex operations cleanup, workflow redesign, launch planning, or managing the entire communication or administrative system without limits.
If a request falls outside the agreed scope, it will be discussed before additional work is added.
How Contract Support Works
This service is provided as independent contract support, not as an employee, staff member, full-time receptionist, office manager, or practice manager arrangement.
Before work begins, the agreed scope, schedule, rate, access needs, communication expectations, administrative responsibilities, and payment terms will be confirmed in writing.
Any expanded responsibilities, added availability, additional communication channels, more complex administrative work, or tasks outside the original scope will be discussed in advance and may require an adjusted rate.
What Your Business Provides
To make this support run smoothly, your business provides clear business hours and communication expectations, access to the appropriate phone, voicemail, inbox, scheduling, records, document, or task system, written instructions for routine client communication and administrative tasks, approved wording for common or sensitive responses when needed, a list of topics that should be escalated, clear direction on which tasks may be completed independently and which require approval, current forms, templates, records, logs, or documents needed for assigned work, and a designated contact for questions, approvals, or decision-level matters.
Is This a Good Fit?
Option B may be a good fit if your business needs help with routine client communication and basic administrative support during scheduled work blocks.
This option may not be the right fit if your business needs full-time live reception, emergency coverage, after-hours communication, complete management of communication systems, office management, practice management, bookkeeping, payroll, HR, legal support, or complex operations redesign..
Pricing Option B
Pricing for Option B is based on the estimated number of weekly hours, availability needs, number of communication channels, systems access, administrative scope, and level of follow-through required.
Final terms are confirmed before work begins.
Please note that service availability may be limited based on Albatross Administrative Services LLC’s current client commitments, schedule, and business load. Posted pricing reflects rate guidance by service level and does not guarantee that all support options are currently available.
