Support for organizing back-end details, workflow materials, documents, and routine administrative processes based on your business’s existing procedures, priorities, and direction.

Support where it matters, so your business and clients are well cared for.
When behind-the-scenes work piles up, even simple tasks can become harder to keep organized. This option helps with defined administrative projects, SOP documentation, task organization, vendor follow-up, forms, templates, records, simple content updates, and back-end support using the priorities, materials, and direction your business provides.
This option is designed for businesses that need support beyond routine reception or basic administrative follow-through, especially when an administrative area feels confusing, outdated, inconsistent, or difficult to maintain.
How This Option Can Help
Option C can help your business bring more structure to behind-the-scenes administrative work that feels confusing, inconsistent, outdated, or difficult to maintain.
This support may help organize routine processes, document established workflows, clean up forms or records, refine client communication templates, and organize task follow-up.
It can also help your team spend less time searching for information or recreating the same responses.
Support is based on the priorities, materials, procedures, and direction your business provides.
What This Option May Include
Organizing administrative documents, forms, logs, task trackers, or workflow materials based on the needs your business identifies.
Updating or refining client communication templates, checklists, trackers, logs, workflow documents, or process materials using the direction your business provides.
Documenting established procedures for routine administrative or communication tasks using client-provided instructions, examples, existing materials, or demonstrations.
Reviewing forms, documents, or client-facing materials for clarity, consistency, and ease of use.
Helping organize intake, follow-up, records requests, pharmacy/refill processes, appointment preparation, vendor follow-up, referral partner communication, lab coordination, or service-provider communication.
Supporting simple website, document, or social media content updates within an agreed administrative scope.
Preparing administrative materials for a new service, small business, or practice workflow using the direction, examples, policies, and priorities your business provides.
What This Option Does Not Include
Creating, launching, or managing your business, practice, services, or operating systems from scratch.
On-site support or in-person workflow observation.
Full-time office, practice, or operations management.
Employee supervision, staff management, or running the business as an internal manager.
Open-ended availability or ongoing unlimited administrative oversight.
Emergency triage.
Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical decision-making.
Legal, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or HR services.
Financial forecasting, business valuation, marketing strategy, advertising management, or sales funnel management.
Website design, coding, complex software implementation, or IT support.
After-hours or Sunday coverage.
Work outside the agreed project or administrative scope without prior discussion.
If a request falls outside the agreed scope, it will be discussed before additional work is added.
How Contract Support Works
This service is provided as independent contract administrative support, not as an employee, staff member, practice manager, business consultant, or full-time operations arrangement.
Before work begins, the agreed scope, schedule, rate, access needs, communication expectations, review process, deliverables, and payment terms will be confirmed in writing.
Any expanded responsibilities, added availability, new projects, or work outside the original scope will be discussed in advance and may require an adjusted rate.
What Your Business Provides
To make this support run smoothly, your business provides a clear explanation of the administrative area, workflow, document, or project needing support.
This includes where your team is experiencing confusion, delays, repeated questions, missing details, or follow-up problems.
Your business also provides access to the materials and systems needed for the work, such as documents, forms, inboxes, records, task tools, templates, policies, procedures, examples, or prior materials.
Because this support is based on your business’s direction, your business provides guidance on preferred wording, tone, communication style, policies, priorities, approval authority, and boundaries around what may be organized, updated, drafted, or changed independently.
A designated contact is needed for questions, reviews, approvals, and decision-level matters.
Timely feedback on drafts, organized materials, or completed work helps keep the project moving and prevents delays.
Is This a Good Fit?
Option C may be a good fit if your business has a defined administrative area, workflow, document process, communication system, or back-office project that needs clearer structure.
This option works best when your business can provide direction, examples, existing materials, priorities, and feedback, but needs help organizing the work, documenting steps, supporting consistency, preparing or refining templates, or making routine processes easier to follow.
This option may not be the right fit if your business needs full-time operations management, business strategy, staff supervision, marketing planning, complex software setup, IT support, or someone to create a business process from scratch without your guidance.
Pricing Option C
Option C pricing is based on the type of project, the level of organization needed, the systems or documents involved, the expected turnaround time, and the amount of review or follow-up required.
Final terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Service availability may be limited based on Albatross Administrative Services LLC’s current client commitments, schedule, and business load. Posted pricing is provided as rate guidance by service level and does not guarantee that all project types are currently available.
Administrative organization or cleanup projects — $55/hour

SOPs, templates, workflow documents, or process materials prepared, updated, or refined with your guidance — $60/hour
